We will
personally assist you in planning the menu for your special
event. To
confirm and reserve your date you need a deposit of $500. Weddings
and parties may pay monthly installments. All
parties of 50 or larger must be prepaid by the date of the
event. A
final count and guarantee must be given 14 days prior to date of
the party. We will be set up and prepare to service
5% more than your guarantee. You
will be billed for your guarantee; if we serve in excess of
guaranteed number the balance is due at completion of event.
Deposit: Non-refundable
if event is canceled within 7 months of event date. 50% refundable
if canceled more than 7 MONTHS BEFORE event.
Menus: all
menus and prices are current and subject to change. Menus
and prices, which would be in effect at the time of a function, are
confirmed on a definite basis three months prior to date.
Menu
selection: ENTRÉE selection
on all plated menus is limited to one choice except where dietary
needs apply.
Event
liability/Security charges for
damages to the premises caused by any guest, or other persons
attending the event will be charged to the engager at actual repair
or replacement costs. A credit card with expiration date is required
as security deposit to be kept on file.
Event
timing: EVENTS must
begin promptly. At the scheduled time and event rooms must be
vacated promptly as scheduled. Event
rooms and grounds are available for use no earlier and no later than
the times scheduled on the event contract.
Children: All
children must be supervised by an adult. They may not run freely
through the gardens, on the decks, or through the mansion. Both for
their safety and preventing damage to the grounds. If left
unattended our staff will escort them back to their parents

for Ceremony: Are
scheduled according to availability
Package Price: maybe adjusted due to increase in services by the vendor. You will be guaranteed price 3 months prior to the event.
Confetti: An
additional clean-up fee of $25.00 will be added per room.
Liquor laws: The
Bennett-Curtis house reserves the right to terminate liquor service
at an event if minors intending to consume alcoholic beverages are
in attendance. No
Liquor is allowed to be brought on site.
Music: we
have piped in music to our rooms, however, a band or D.J.. service
may be brought in with prior approval. The
sound level of any music must be under the control of the banquet
manager (curfew
Event
conduct: We
reserve the right to inspect and control all banquet events and when
necessary, to exclude or eject any and ALL-OBJECTIONABLE persons
from the event without liability.
Final count
and payment: due 2 weeks
prior to event date. Credit
card payments are accepted with a processing fee of 2.5% Final
payment must be Guaranteed
Funds.
Payment: deposit
to reserve dates is $500.00 / 30% of party due 6 months prior to
event date.
